After dining in one of the best restaurants in the world, two entrepreneurs and friends were digesting the evening’s festivities while enjoying a G&T when they wondered why there was no gin that lived up to the gourmet standards of Barcelona. No sooner said than done. First they would need talent: they found a chef, a sommelier, a mixologist and a perfumer. They tried hundreds of recipes until, after a long drink, someone exclaimed: This is it! This is the spirit of Barcelona.
