Eager Drinks

Eager Drinks is a British juice company founded in 2007 by Ed Rigg. The idea came from his frustration at not being able to find good-quality apple juice for cocktails. The company started very small, with Ed selling fresh juices at music festivals from the back of his father’s van before moving into supplying pubs and bars. A big part of Eager’s early success was its “ambient” juice cartons — juices that don’t need refrigeration until opened. That made them popular with pubs, bars and restaurants because they saved fridge space and reduced energy use. Eager is still independently run and remains best known in the UK hospitality trade for juices used in cocktails and mixers.
