Olivier Merlin

Production was tiny this vintage, even less than the more recent 2021! The resulting wine is fantastic! Very aromatic, whiffs of wild red fruits, almost Central Otago in style.

The fruit is harvested from 4 different plots, fermented in oak foudre with 20% whole cluster and 80% destemmed. Olivier produces wines that are so seductive in style, fragrant, fresh and alluring.
