Château Grand Corbin enjoys an enviable position on the north western plateau of Saint-Émilion, close to the border with Pomerol where its gravel and clay soils consistently produce wines of richness, charm and balance. This long established estate has been a fixture of the appellation for centuries and today remains one of the most reliable Grand Cru names, combining traditional Right Bank character with increasing refinement in the cellar. The vineyard is planted predominantly with Merlot, along with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, varieties ideally suited to the terroir and responsible for the wine’s supple texture, dark fruit depth and elegant structure.
