A very severe selection for the first wine has resulted in a leap in quality for the second wine at this Château. The grapes for this wine come from the central part of the St Julien commune. A super second wine from a "super second" Classed Growth property.

Beautifully opaque in colour the deep and complex bouquet is stunning. The palate is irresistible - powerful, structured with a certain charm and alluring seductiveness.

Enjoy with roast ribs of beef and yorkshire pudding with a horseradish, crème fraiche and mustard sauce.
