A super Pomerol, rich in moreish, ripe prune fruit, soft and creamy with a voluptuous mouthfeel. Layer upon layer of dark cherry jam, mocha and coffee notes fill the mouth. The tannins are powerful and intense , yet not overpowering, and there is a wonderful freshness that gives a beautiful balance.
A perfect partner for roast rack of lamb served pink.
