Fresh and lively with citrus notes and a wet stone minerality that underpins a lovely rich fruit structure. Quenching and intense with a subtle note of walnut on the finish. What a great little wine!
Handpicked, gently pressed and the juice transferred into steel tanks to ferment with some lees stirring. A small amount was matured in used oak.
