After traditional vinification, Bruno uses double distillation under pressure and the Spinning Cone Column, a precise low-temperature method that preserves the wine’s structure and delicate aromas. Aromas are removed, the alcohol is separated, then the aromas are added back in, so the wine stays true to itself.
