Château Tour St Bonnet

This 40 hectare estate, owned by Jacques Merlet, is situated in the north of the Médoc in the commune of St Christoly. Produced from 35 year old vines and aged for 18 months in large oak foudres, this is always offers superb value for money.

Ripe prunes dominate the bouquet and the palate is pure rich black fruit juice, with tuned tannins and a refreshing finish. Great drinking this vintage.

Try with a rustic country terrine, game stew or rabbit stuffed with prunes. Ideal also with lamb or beef kebabs.
