Château de La Tuilerie
A family owned property since 1955, Château de la Tuilerie is situated in the oldest part of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. It rises to an altitude of some 80 metres above sea level on one of the seven hills windswept by the Mistral surrounding the city of Nîmes. Located in an area of exceptional beauty, surrounded by woods, orchards, vineyards and the stunning mountain range of Les Cévennes to the West and the sea to the South, beyond the Camargue lagoons, Château de la Tuilerie produces wines that are considered to be fundamental to the Rhône Valley.
Light yellow in colour, with golden tints. Dominant notes of lemons and jasmine on the nose, balanced by flavours of apricot, toasted hazlenut and vanilla on the palate.
Ideal with smoked salmon, American-style lobster and almond pies.
