Tasting Notes

Deep and dark in colour, the bouquet is forward and open with a brooding sense of power and fruit. Raspberry ripple is the immediate impression, with sweet cherry, vanilla spice, cinnamon and a touch of clove. This is a big, brooding wine with oodles of intensity – I love the hint of lavender and herbs on the warm long finish.

Enjoy with pan fried steak with onions, mustard and mushroom sauce.
