Laurent-Perrier

Fired by a passion for Champagne, a respect for traditional values and, most importantly, for people, Bernard de Nonancourt inspired Laurent-Perrier with his independent spirit and creative audacity. He established privileged working relationships with the grape growers and cleverly combined innovation and tradition. He created the signature Laurent-Perrier style of freshness, lightness and elegance and developed a unique range of champagnes which are today exported to more than 160 countries worldwide.

Brilliant and intense golden yellow in colour. The aroma is richly expressive, it opens with aromas of dried fruit, almonds and hazelnuts, followed by toasted aromas. After a few years, the nose will evolve towards deeper notes of honey and pine resin. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, this is a rich wine with well rounded feel.

The full bodied nature and slight sweetness of Laurent-Perrier Harmony naturally calls for sweet dessert dishes and will add depth and flavours to such desserts, especially pastries.

The Lauren-Perrier Harmony is aged for at least three years. The wine is then dosed with a liqueur made of cane sugar and wine from the same cuvee. The dosage is 45 grams per litre. (The grape variety percentages and dosage can vary slightly from one cuvee to another).
