A bright and rounded wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in both the Central Valley, Casablanca and Leyda. Harvested in the cool dawn and the grapes pressed pneumatically, the juice is settled in tank prior to a cool ferment in steel tank using natural yeasts for around 23 days, with a portion of the wine then being transferred into oak barriques to add vanilla, spice and buttery characters. The oaked wine is then married with the tank wine and then stored and settled, before a light filtering and bottling
