Cantina Lavis is an historical winery located at the heart of the Trentino subregion. Founded in 1850 by the Cembran family, it has been a cooperative since 1948.
The Vines are guyot trained and planted at 5.500/ha. The grapes are handpicked at the end of September. Pressing is done very gently with static decanting of the must. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on Lees for 6 - 8 months.
