Cantina Lavis is an historical winery located at the heart of the Trentino subregion. Founded in 1850 by the Cembran family, it has been a cooperative since 1948.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with green highlights. Complex, mineral, and exotic. Intense fruity notes reminiscent of lychee and mango intertwine with aromas of sage and flint Savory and saline, with excellent structure and aromatic persistence.

Vinification

Gentle pressing, fermentation, and maturation in stainless steel, with 35% aged in French oak barriques
