In this wine, Marsanne and Viognier work in harmony, with the Marsanne providing zip and freshness along with honeysuckle and citrus aromas, whilst the Viognier adds rich apricot and peach flavours and body to the wine. Beautiful!

The vineyards are selected by our winemakers by tasting the grapes frequently to find the optimal date for harvesting regarding the ripeness as well as the aromatic potential. Firstly, the grapes macerate for several hours on their skins and then are gently press pneumatically. Both varieties ferment on their own in order to develop their specific character. This is carried out at low temperature in stainless steel tanks keeping as much fruit as possible. Ageing is done on fine lees during several months.

Wine Merchant Top 100 2023, Highly Commended. Tom Surgey, Wine Writer, Instagram, March 2023: "A nice off the beaten track white for you - mouthwatering and juicy and delicious; peachy, orange blossom, lifted sherbert fruit. Lovely fruit, great refreshing acidity, rich rolling texture - its got the lot. It's also moreish as %&!? and will disappear almost instantly upon pouring."
