Stylish, fruit packed, with notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit zing and a wonderful textured, creamy mid palate. Tasted blind, you would believe this wine is from a far higher appellation than mere Coteaux Bourguignon.
Handpicked, gently pressed and the juice transferred into steel tanks to ferment with some lees stirring. Only a very small proportion of new oak (5%) is used.
