Quatre Vin Côtes de Provence Rosé was created by four friends (Oliver & Emma-Louise Proudlock and Elliot Awin with his fiancee Paula Anton) and the Negrel family of Mas de Cadenet, Saint Victoire with 7 generations of experience, from outstanding organically farmed vineyards. The current custodians of the winery, Maud and Matthieu are continuing the pioneering attitude of their father, producing exceptional, regional wines sustainably and organically.

The grapes are picked separately and early in the morning to keep the grapes cool. De-stemmed, crushed and then kept on skins. This is where that pale pink colour comes from, it also helps soften acidity. Fermentation in stainless steel at a low temperature, aiding the fresh fruit aromatics. Finally, the separate parcels are blended together and bottled.
