The bouquet yields a beautiful, fragrant raspberry freshness. The palate is rich and fruity with mulled black and red forest fruits, a touch of spice and succulent tannins. This wine us full of energy and tension leading to a long and explosive finish.

Vinification

The wine is aged for 15 months, with 25% new oak contributing depth and structure.
