Château La Vieille Cure

When America meets Bordeaux! Owned by Americans, Colin Ferenbach and Peter Sachs, who are advised by consultant oenologist, Michel Rolland, this Château produces wine with a distinctive, rich American style. It is situated on an exceptional terroir, facing Pomerol, with high clay content.

Very dark in colour, the bouquet is opulent (no surprise!) and rich in fruit aromas. Layer after layer of rich and ripe fruits dominate the palate, the tannins are super ripe and the finish quite hedonistic.

Great with rib eye steak and onion rings.

Aged between 12 and 15 months in 70% new oak barrel (merrain)
