Aromatic and precise on the nose, with citrus zest, white peach, and a touch of salinity. The palate is concentrated yet poised, showing pure fruit, bright acidity, and a refined mineral edge. Structured and balanced, it finishes long with a clean, saline persistence.
Harvest took place between 4th and 16th September, ensuring the grapes were picked at optimal ripeness. The wine will be aged in 33% new oak
