Bon Courage

Situated in the heart of Robertson valley, home to some of South Africa's finest wine. The winery dates back to 1818 and is onto its third generation within the Bruwer Family who have owned it since 1927. Three rivers run through the estate depositing differing soil into the estate itself meaning a wide variety of grapes can be grown successfully here.
On the nose sweet aromas of rose petal and blossom coupled with lychee and melon. On the palate the wine is bone dry, with warm spice and soft acidity.
Drink with Thai dishes, or anything spicy and fagrant
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness. Skin contact is used for 3-5 hours. After fermentation the wine is kept on lees for 3 weeks.
