The sumptuous plummy fruit of the dominant Merlot component of the blend is complimented by the structure and leafy core of the supporting Cabernet Franc. Soft, ripe and juicy, you can enjoy this delicious wine now, but it has an underlying weight and tightness which will yield in time, giving it the propensity to age in bottle.

This is a perfect partner for red meat, especially roast leg of lamb, although it makes a good match for roast poultry or moderately mature cheeses.
