They employ traditional working methods including manual grape harvesting and maturation of the wine for 12 months in oak casks. Their wines reflect the terroir of the area and the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape

Tasting Notes

Aged in oak barrels (no new oak) for 11 months, the palate boasts a delicious mouthful of crushed red fruit, very moreish and succulent! Is there a better House Burgundy?
