Louis Latour

The Latour family have long been established in the Burgundy wine trade, having begun as winegrowers back in 1768 in the village of Aloxe-Corton. They create wines from their own 50 hectare domaine, as well as from the grapes which they purchase through the negociant arm of the business. Their wines have lots of character, intense aromatics and benefit from a long finish.

This wine is a medium bodied red. On the nose is has aromas of red fruits, in particular wild strawberries. In the mouth the fruit is crisp, the wine is concentrated and dominated by its fruit. It has a lovely length and fine tannins.
