Château Ormes de Pez

This Château is owned by the Cazes family who also own the very popular and top performing Château Lynch Bages

Aromatic, vibrant and loaded with blueberry and cassis, the palate is firm, structured and poised, but there is a super richness of plum and black fruits with the Merlot element playing well. The tannins are polished and there is also a whiff of gun-smoke, whilst the finish is long and intense.

Enjoy with a classic beef wellington.
