Domaine Testut

In 1998, Cyril Testut took over the family Domain, established by his father Philippe Testut in 1967. The Domain and vineyards are located in the historic heart of the vineyards traditionally defined by the Cistercian monks. Highly developed root system of vines from Testut Domain draw deep richness of the soil mineral iodine which has led to the great reputation of this Chablis wine.

Tasting Notes

What a bouquet, decadent yet restrained, aromatic, full of life and weighty white stone fruits. Lovely balance, a core of concentrated steely fruit, baked apples, honeycomb, green leaf, grapefruit and touch of saline. Big, long and complex.

Food Matches

Try with sauteed frogs legs with garlic butter.
