Glen Heatlie

A family owned wine producer, Joan Heatlie and her bothers are the 6th generation producing wine in this area. Wine has always been central to their lives. 'Glen' in Scottish means valley coupled with their surname 'Heatlie' is a nod to the history of her family having lived and worked in these parts for years. THere has been global recognition for their terroir driven wines.

On the nose pear, apple and lemon. On the palate a lucious minerality and floral notes. This wine has a beautiful texture and mouthful.

Drink with scallops in beurre blanc or white meat with a fruity sauce.

The grapes are grown on bush vines that are 8 years old. Handpicked over two sessions to retain freshness and primary fruit flavours. Sur-lie over 10 months.
