A floral and aromatic Chevalier with a lovely rich core of peach, apple, citrus and cut grass, overlaid with intense minerality and bracing acidity. The oak is integrated and richly toned, adding weight and vanilla notes, as well as subtle spice and a note of honey and cereal. Complex, long and perfectly balanced.
Harvest 25th August – 6th September with a yield of 38hl/ha. Aged in barrels for 16-18 months in 1/3 new oak.
