Bodega Santa Julia, Zuccardi

Julia is the only daughter of José Alberto Zuccardi. Created in her honor, Santa Julia represents their commitment to reaching only the highest standards of quality through sustainable practices that contribute to the care of the environment and being useful to the community in which they live.
On the nose, ripe red berries raspberry a hint of spice with floral notes coming through. On the palate great acidity and freshness, soft tannins and a lingering finish.
Drink with spicy salads
Sustainably farmed grapes planted 650 metres above sea level. Vines are planted ripened on alluvial soil which has nutrient-rich vibrancy lending depth of colour, taste and complexity. Irrigation is reliably sourced from the Andes to help hydrate the Vineyard during their long sunny growing year - up to 250 sunny days on average a year. Cold fermentation with cultured yeast.
