Made from grapes sourced from the fertile and warm vineyards of Central California, this well-made Blush wine uses a base of ripe red Zinfandel grapes, crushed and then macerated on the red skins foir a poeriod of 2 days to extract some colour - the wine is then fermented in steel tanks and the ferment stopped before all the natural grape sugar has been used, leaving a medium sweet and deliciously fruity blush wine with a hint of spice,to counterbalance the watermelon and strawberry & cream flavours. Bottled young to preserve the wines natural fruit and freshness.
