Aromatic and expressive, with black cherry, warm spices and subtle earthy notes. The palate is layered and concentrated, combining rich dark fruits with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Fine, silky tannins support the wine’s structure, balanced by fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish with hints of dark chocolate.
This wine is fermented with 20% whole clusters and aged for 13 months in French oak, of which 20% is new.
