Made by consultant Eric Boissonet and Christophe Coupez in this smart estate in the north of St Estephe – with a mixture of heavy gravel and some chalk and clay. A very good aspect spread of 15Hectares that borders Chateau du Pez to the south.

An outstanding estate, 2020 is delicious claret, surprisingly succulent, with finely balanced and complex notes of black fruits, mulling spice, integrated vanilla oak, weight, power and yet elegant throughout - such a beautiful wine; easy, lush and balanced.

Sirloin of beef served pink with roast potatoes. Yummy!
