Château Angludet
Owned by the Sichel family and managed since 1989 by Ben, the youngest of the Sichel brothers. This property is blessed with ideal conditions for producing splendidly consistent wines. The sandy and gravelly soil provides good natural drainage, which increases concentration in the fruit.
Tasting Notes
An intense, powerful bouquet with ripe prunes and black fruits dominating. The palate is structured and compact with a stunning black fruit intensity, finely integrated, soft tannins and a moreish, long, succulent finish. Sadly there isn’t much of this highly impressive wine and it will be much sought after.
