Bepi Tosolini Distillery

The history of Distilleria Bepi Tosolini started in 1943 when the Friulian Bepi Tosolini born in 1918 lover and connoisseur of his homeland and its customs keen supporter of his own region and its products decided to create a different Grappa by transforming a simple humble and very often rustic and rough drink into an elegant product for refined and demanding customers. The sun the air and their land Friuli are the main ingredients for Tosolini products. Homeland to great vines the land has the most prestigious and world-wide renowned DOC or Controlled Origin areas. Their raw materials come mostly from the Collio Colli Orientali and Grave del Friuli DOC areas. Their historic suppliers are very important and are a result of long-standing collaborations which allow for the selection and inspection of grape production and subsequent collection of marc at every step - all resulting in an excellent end product!

Pleasantly toasted and chocolate 'Espresso' aroma. Rounded with delicate vanilla and caramel hints. Delicate and persistent aftertaste.

Works well poured over ice cream to make a Afogato. Equally good on it's own, in a coffee or perhaps try an Express Martini with your favourite premium of vodka.
