A family owned estate run by Damien and Delphine Cadoux. Located on prestigious sites near the Castles of Loire. A former Monastery, vines have been planted in this location for centuries. Their wines are vinified traditionally, focusing on aromatic characteristics. Since 2020 the Domaine has been certified by High Value Environmental ( Level 3), ensuring authenticity of their wine, customer focus and sustainability.

Yellow in colour with flecks of gold. Aromas of white flowers and acacia. On the palate candied lemon with a long refreshing finish.
Drink with roasted asparagus , grilled white fish or Lobster Thermidor
This unique varietal is planted on silex and calcareous clay soil. This type of soil is great for absorbing heat for maximum grape ripeness. To ensure healthy cultivation of their vines "wildlife corridors" are used allowing nature to thrive which protects the sites biodiversity.
