Domaine Les Pallières

Domaine Les Pallières, nestling in the foothills of the beautiful and brooding Dentelles de Montmirail, is undeniably one of the greatest, longest-running properties of the Southern Rhône. The vineyards range from 250-400 meters in altitude, with varying proportions of sand and clay interwoven with limestone scree descending from the Dentelles. The nose shows black fruits, tapenade, pepper and garrigue with floral lift. Dense, velvety and structured on the palate, with fine tannins and a precise, long finish. It is slightly more powerful and concentrated than the Terrasses du Diable cuvée, showcasing the gravitas and character of the oldest vines.
Its low-yielding vines thrive on high-altitude terraces (250–400m), producing wines with remarkable structure and intense minerality. Aged for 20 months in 60hl French oak foudres, it is bottled and released after two years, showcasing both power and finesse.
