They have ideal water from the famous River Derwent with its source high up in the fells along with a team steeped in distilling experience - the perfect combination for creating outstanding spirits!
Fragrant sandalwood, almond friands and orchard fruits, with a touch of baking spice. The palate is Rich and creamy with honeyed fruits, currants, and a hint of dark chocolate. Leading to a creamy and fragrant finish, with warming spice and hints of cocoa nibs.
