Domaine Daulny is made up of almost 50 acres of vines which have been family-owned for generations. Near the tiny hamlet of Chaudenay, current winemaker Etienne Daulny has a number of excellent vineyeards which are spread over a number of different terroirs.
The wine is aromatic, with a fresh grassy bouquet. Full of ripe fruit flavours with a crisp, dry finish, so typical of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.
A perfect match for seafood (especially oysters) and goat's cheese.
