Vinification

The grapes for this wine are from their Wairau Valley vineyards. The 2020 vintage was truly outstanding, and this wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that they tasted in the vineyard. The grapes were cold soaked and then hand- plunged while fermenting in stainless-steel with selected yeast to retain the aromatics and bright cherry characters.
