In 1998, Cyril Testut took over the family Domain, established by his father Philippe Testut in 1967. The Domain and vineyards are located in the historic heart of the vineyards traditionally defined by the Cistercian monks. Highly developed root system of vines from Testut Domain draw deep richness of the soil mineral iodine which has led to the great reputation of this Chablis wine.
A very ripe and intense bouquet, there are delicious aromas of apple, grapefruit and citrus fruits. The palate is classic, steely in structure with a broad and profound wet stone minerality.
Enjoy with herb marinated grilled sea bass on a bed of green beans.
