A beautiful white wine using the Roditis and Moscofilero grapes. Fresh flowers, blossom and fruit aromas with flavours of orange and lemon.

Domaine Skouras

Skouras Winery was created in 1986 by George Skouras who studied oenology in Dijon, France. The founding winery is located in Pyrgela, Argo with a second winery built in 1996 at Ghymno, Nemea, and in 2004 operations moved to a new winery in Malandreni. Skouras Winery produces wine made from both indigenous and international varietals sourced from estate vineyards and regional growers.
The colour is bright white yellow, with green hues. The nose is complicated and the wine smells of fresh flowers, hints of pressed blossom and fruit. Flavours of orange and lemon blossom prevail with touches of jasmine and mint.
Try with traditional Feta cheese, Greek salads and olives.
Made using the Roditis and Moscofilero grapes, aged 33 yearss and 28 years respectively. Skin contact for 3 - 6h at 14°C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at 16°C. Short ageing over fine lees.
