Dark cherry and plum lead, with leather and mocha, alongside the signature herb and spice complexity of Block 3. The palate is rich with masses of red and black fruit, concentrated and opulent, framed by ripe, fine-grained tannins. A powerful expression of Block 3 — structured, complete, and built to last.
Grapes are destemmed directly into open-top fermenters, with 25% retained as whole clusters for added structure and aromatic complexity. The wine is then aged for 13 months in French oak barrels, 20% new.
