The name Picpoul refers to the grape’s high natural acidity; it was originally called ‘Piqué-poul’, meaning ‘stung lip’. This high acidity leads to a tangy, sweet wine with a cutting dryness to the texture, making it ideal for drinking chilled.
This is a delightfully fresh white wine, full of vitality and bright citrus aromas of fresh grapefruit and lemon, with a floral hint.
This is an En Primeur Wine, which is currently lying at the Chateau/Domaine and is not available for immediate delivery.
