Moscato Bianco is the Italian name for Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, a white grape which produces some of the world’s premium dry white wines. Known for its ‘grapey’ aroma and citrus taste, Muscat is said to have been drank by Cleopatra when she visited Greece, and is one of the oldest grape varieties still being grown today. Wines made from Muscat are often full bodied, with a fruity nose and an underlying citrus taste which accompanies the natural acidity of the grape well.
