Tequila Mi Campo

Tequila Mi Campo is a modern expression of the centuries-old art of tequila making. What’s in the glass is more than a spirit. It’s history, reimagined. They gently squeeze the piñas—never crushing them—to release flavourful juices without any bitter notes. After fermentation, they rest the Tequila in French oak wine barrels from Napa Valley. They partnered with evocative México City illustrator, Raul Urias, to bring the ethos of Mi Campo to life through art. Teeming with vivid depictions of their journey, Raul’s aesthetic illuminates the heart of what they do.
The nose opens with cooked agave, ripe banana, apple, chocolate with layers of vanilla. On the palate, honey maple, peaches and cream, white chocolate and a thread of minerality gives way to a pepper and toasted oak finish.
Best served neat.
