The Liberator "Rieslings to be Cheerful" 2020

LIBE065
Rieslings To Be Cheerful 2020 is an experimental wine made by Boplaas using fruit they pinched from a local apple farmer in Elgin. Fermented completely dry, it was bottled without filtering, so you might find a wine diamond (tartrate crystal) or two in it. These are nothing to be worried about, in fact they are a sign of the wine’s natural goodness.

Tasting Notes

Zippy, zesty and incredibly summery, it buzzes like a live wire with grapefruit, lime, lemon and crunchy green apples.
