Burgundy’s Wine Bar owner Mike Pennington, his partner Annie Brownhill and his brother Fred Pennington decided to enter in to gin production after the success of their Kendal Mintcake Liqueur. There are also now plan to produce an organic vodka and other spirits. They use the traditional art of gin making, including the use of a 100 year old copper still.
An inviting and versatile liqueur with a tang of sweet raspberry complemented by soft almond and the memories of Granny’s baking.
