Bouchon Family Vineyards

The Buchon family's winemaking story began in 1887 when Emile Bouchon settled in Chile after moving from his native Saint Emilion in Bordeaux. However it was in 2015 that Viña Bouchon rebranded as Bouchon Family Wines, to highlight the Bouchon family’s heritage as well as their forward thinking attitude to bridge past and future generations.
Fermented in concrete tanks, there are classic savoury berry aromas on the bouquet, the palate is deliciously rich and full flavoured with structure and firm, ripe tannins. 18 months ageing in French oak barrels provides a further dimension. A great Cabernet Sauvignon/Carmenere blend.
Perfect with roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.
