The Arbikie Highland Estate distillery is a single-site operation. The ingredients for all their spirits are planted sown, grown and harvested within an arms-length of their distillery and the mountain-filtered water is taken from their own underground lagoon. Records show distilling on this site dating back to 1794 – it is the farm-to-bottle culture used by these ancient distillers that inspired today's distilling ethos.
Arbikie Vodka on the nose has a resemblance of green apples, with subtle undertones of mushrooms. The palate has a characteristic tone of toffee and a medium body, which gives the perception of weight and creaminess. The finish is long and elastic.
Ice is the singularly most important addition to this ultra-smooth potato vodka! The bigger the cube the better. Also great is classic vodka based cocktails.
